Request

Preview

We send you a real, working homepage to look at.

  • Decide: is this the right direction?

  • Build a real homepage with your business name and a placeholder layout
  • Hosted on a private link only you receive
  • Send the link with a short note explaining what to look for
48–72 hours after we receive all required materials

Approve scope and pay deposit

If you like the direction, we lock in scope and timeline.

  • Confirm in writing what's included (and what's not)
  • Approve the final price
  • Pay the deposit (typically half of the total)
  • Sign the short agreement

  • Confirm scope and timeline in writing
  • Send a simple agreement (1 page)
  • Issue a deposit invoice or receipt
  • Reserve our calendar for your project

Build and revise

We build the full site. You review. We revise.

  • Send us your real materials (photos, copy, contact details)
  • Review each version we send
  • Send revision notes (text or a quick voice note)

  • Build the rest of the site, all pages
  • Send a clear revision round before launch — additional revisions can be quoted separately
  • Test on real devices before each handoff

Launch and handoff

Site goes live, you receive ownership.

  • Confirm your domain and hosting choices
  • Tell us where to send the access details

  • Final QA on real devices
  • Connect your domain (you keep ownership of the domain)
  • Hand over login credentials and a short maintenance guide
  • We're available for free fixes for 14 days after launch

▸ Honesty note

What's not included by default

We don't include things that aren't ours to give. The transparent way of saying that:

  • Domain — you buy your domain (e.g. via Cloudflare or Namecheap, ~$10/year). It stays in your name. We connect it to your site.
  • Hosting — included free for the first year on Vercel or similar; after that, your hosting provider may charge a low fee (often $0–$20/month) — paid to them, not to JOXI Studio — and you control the account.
  • Domain email — we can set up free email forwarding via Cloudflare. Full Google Workspace ($7/month) is yours to decide.
  • Payment processing — for e-commerce: you create the Stripe / Shopify Payments account. We connect it. Funds always go to your account, never ours.
  • Ongoing maintenance — the first 14 days after launch are free. After that, any further changes are quoted per request. There is no monthly plan or subscription from JOXI Studio.

Delivery timelines stated above are typical for our work, not guarantees. Real timelines depend on scope, your responsiveness, and third-party dependencies (domains, payment providers, etc.). Final price and timeline are always confirmed in writing before any deposit.
